The MyNISSAN App is designed to help you get the most out of your vehicle and overall ownership experience. It brings remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features from your Nissan to your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch. The MyNISSAN App is available for use by all Nissan clients, though the experience has been optimized for vehicles 2014 and later. The complete MyNISSAN experience is available for clients with an active NissanConnect® Services Premium package, available for select models 2018 and newer.* For a complete list of available features for your specific vehicle, visit owners.nissanusa.com. The following MyNISSAN features are available to all Nissan owners and vehicles: • Manage your Nissan account and preferences • Make a service appointment with your preferred retailer**** • Receive notifications for applicable vehicle recalls or service campaigns • View your vehicle’s service history and maintenance schedule • Connect to Roadside Assistance With a compatible vehicle, you can: • Remotely start and stop your vehicle**, lock and unlock vehicle doors, and activate horn and lights • Search for, save and send points of interest to your vehicle • Check vehicle status (doors, engine, mileage, remaining fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes) • Locate your vehicle • Keep tabs on your vehicle with customizable boundary, speed and curfew alerts*** MY24 Rogue SL and PLATINUM trims have additional accessibility, including: • Remote vehicle climate adjustment • Remote engine start • Receive notifications if you’ve left your vehicle with doors unlocked, windows cracked, and more • Connect with your automotive repair shop to receive real-time updates • Simplify your trip with data-based route planning • Receive alerts ahead of time if vehicle maintenance is coming due • Add up to four additional drivers on one Nissan ID account For important safety information, system limitations, and additional operating and feature information, see dealer, owner’s manual, or www.nissanusa.com/connect/privacy. *The NissanConnect Services telematics program was affected by AT&T’s decision to discontinue its 3G cellular network. As of February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles equipped with telematics hardware compatible for use with the 3G cellular network will be unable to connect to the 3G network and unable to access the NissanConnect Services features. Clients having purchased a Nissan vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services prior to June 1, 2021 to activate the service to have received access through February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations). My new Nissan won’t be added and now I am locked out of adding the car due to incompetence. No reason other than not enough information was given even though my car insurance was what I used to verify as instructed.
This is my first time having this app and I find it awesomely wonderful. All cars should have this. I'm very pleased. Thank you
It freezes up on the activities of my acct. Can not do a one time payment, it errors out. Someone needs to look into this
Won’t unlock or lock the car
This app is always lightly off. Says my doors are unlocked even though they’re locked. Car location shows my car about 3 blocks from where it really is. Mileage is off. Lots of small things need fixing.
Open app to unlock vehicle, vehicle unlocks but then you are not given the option to lock again. Icon shows unlocked and if you press it it asks do you want to unlock?
Unsubscribed from every marketing campaign and offering and it's still sending me push notifications to advertise insurance. On the plus side: remote control features work nearly a third of the time.
This app is absolutely horrible! It NEVER works, maybe once a month it will work. I’ve never been able to use the unlock feature or the lock feature, it never starts nor does it ever find my location of my car. It is the worst! My BMW app was incredible. This app SUCKS!
Was working OK it is slow number two. It’s still showing me an issue that my two doors are open, but it’s not and it shows that the car is locked. I already checked the door switches. They’re functioning correctly as well as the trunk. The app is updating, but it’s still thinks the doors are open.
Just use a different charging app if you have an EV
