App keeps freezing
Klarna is better
If you do a return they will steal your money and give you a bogus refund for much less than you paid them. They will also try to justify it with their math and keep repeating it. And before you respond with get a hold us blah blah blah. Save it. You had your chance to make this right
Sezzle is an amazing app. It helps me a bunch. From groceries to furnishing my new place. I thank God for Sezzle and the concept 💙
Good app with lots of room to grow… I guess if I need customer service assistance I have to pay a monthly subscription fee.. it’s BEEN DAYS I filed a claim for returning an Amazon item with proof and DAYS HAVE PASSED BY AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING. Nobody answers me,
This is at least the 3rd, if not 4th time I’ve had to reach out to customer service about where my rewards and games are. Half the games I’m working through aren’t even shown on the app anymore. I take screen shots of the levels and rewards now because I know Sezzle will not have them on their app the next day. They also say ‘may take 48 hours to receive rewards’. Let me say, I’m a week out and they owe me over 400$… I’ve been patient but this is a recurring issue that’s yet to be resolved. It’s a good way Up earn cash, but keep up’s own records as Sezzle has let reliability go down the drain.
I never really write reviews but I got to give these guys credit where it’s due The app is easy to use with great payment options
They have way too large of fees for being late a day or two. I banned my wife and I from using this app any further because if you get stuck paying late your royally screwed. Sezzle you shouldnt have a failed payment fee and a late fee also you should allow us to pay with card without another fee. Ridiculous how many fees there are.
Since I updated your app it keeps freezing a lot it did not do that before it is hard for me to pay ! Please fix this! Why all these fees for everything which is outrageous! You can’t pay off early they won’t let you do that unless you load Sezzle spend with $30.00 to pay and charge a fee that is $4.99 just to pay which is wrong! They make it harder and harder to pay why can’t I just pay the amount that I owe and leave it at that and things will be paid on time no, you have to wait to go to your banking account and fail then you could use your debit card that’s really crazy. Did they charge you another fee of dollar 99 then when you reschedule your order they charge you another fee of seven dollars and some change. This is being really greedy. you already have to pay for all this stuff and you make it harder with these can’t use your debit card to beginning because you’re to wait until the checking account failed. That’s just the way I’m just making money cause I keep my card locked in this day and age of society you know that you know people keep their cards locked. People don’t leave their accounts wide open. and the subscription fees is expensive as well $14.99 for premium and anywhere is $19. What’s wrong with you people I believe once I get the pan all of my stuff out. I’m not gonna resubscribe. This app is too expensive and too greedy.
