For owners with model year 2019 or newer vehicles*, the Mercedes-Benz app gives you access to your vehicle from anywhere. With the Mercedes-Benz app on your device, you have direct access to your vehicle at all times. View data like mileage, fuel level and more, find your vehicle’s location, or take action with convenient features like Remote Engine Start and Remote Lock/Unlock. Primary Connected Vehicle Services: • Start the engine remotely • Lock and unlock the doors • Locate your vehicle on the map • View vehicle data like mileage, tire pressure, fuel level, and more • Manage your profile and vehicles • Send an address directly to your vehicle’s navigation system • Find local Mercedes-Benz dealerships • Ask for support right from the app NOTE: For model year 2018 and prior vehicles with an active mbrace® account, connected vehicle services are available in the separate mbrace app. *Select model year 2018 GLE and C-Class vehicles are equipped with Mercedes-Benz Digital Extras technology. I’m so happy that I have this app!! Excellent app to keep track of your vehicle.
Muy buena la aplicación
My vehicle was manufactured in 2025. My friend has more features on her Ford Explorer 2016. Mercedes needs to get with the times and put some money into their app features.
I haven’t been able to access app it force closes! I purchased extras and have not been able to access those perks at all. I called customer service put me on hold for too long
I wish I could change the standard charge program to target 70% or set the home program as the default charge program. The app works well. The remote functions work.
It’s great when it works, and very inconvenient when it doesn’t
APL great car is poor. Bad electric system constant issues
Tesla is still superior. They have more engagement more remote access and closing windows and trunks more infotainment entertainment options. Mercedes lacks everything.
Whatever you need to do; lock, service, start, adjust options and features, it’s all here. Detailed info and trip data. Do t get me wrong, it could be much better considering it’s Mercedes. I understand that multi-country compliance is probably an arduous feat, but so was creating the first automobile, and Mercedes not only made that refined, they made it look easy.
Upper tier technology
The staff in Tacoma WA was amazing. Just relocated to Houston and I’m quite sure they will be as amazing as they are in Wa State.
Why don’t you have a simple one button push dog mode. Now I have to turn interior monitoring on and after I get out of the car I also have to go to the temperature setting to keep air conditioner on one button on a Tesla and you’re good.
