This app is terrible! I can never link my card nor can I select rewards to access my certificates. After reading other reviews it appears to be a common theme, when will it be fixed?
Es ridícula la fila que hay siempre en este TJM de Flagler, no ponen suficientes empleados y tarde más de una hora para pagar , otras veces me e ido porque no he podido esperar
This app signed me out. I had to call to get help signing back in. Then it couldn’t refresh my rewards. Now I can’t sign in again. Useless
Even after spending ample time on the phone, talking to real people and confirming my SS# and submitting photographs of my license so I could update my phone number, this stupid app will not allow me to have a code sent to the new number that IS ON FILE so I can’t link my rewards. I have deleted the app completely. I’ve logged in and out several times. I’m just done. Technology is great when it works but this app is less than impressive. I’d give negative stars if I could.
Round and round and round you go…. “We’ve sent an email. “ It doesn’t come. “We’ve hit a snag, try again…” change the password. Delete the app. Try again. I’m disgusted. Multiple times. Utter failure on all points. Doesn’t link card. Can’t access rewards. I’m so aggravated.
The app links to your credit card and allows and displays payments but does not get updates for a payment that didn’t process appropriately. You are not alerted to an issue. Also , the pointer to account fails and automatically goes to default payment card. Then you have your cancel and redo your payment. Also, occasionally, the app will automatically make a payment to your linked payment options when clicking make a payment. I am closing this account for these reasons.
Such a bad app can’t get into my account at all despite several trials and changing my password .. it’s not friendly and simply dis functional
Double sucks
I love the app easy to get to rewards, pay bill and to use digital card. First time i did have a hard time then of course i had my daughter help me im rusty in the computer use. First mistake is adding app then after that press rewards and says link to card! After that were in easy!
