Fetch: America’s Rewards App

When I first got this app, it was great. Lots of rewards and no issues. Lately I have been completing challenges/getting to different milestones in the games and not being awarded the points. I recently had to contact customer support with my issues and was awarded the points that I had earned. I continued to play the game to earn the bigger awards, and still the app was not showing my new completions. After contacting customer support, Jameela (senor support specialist) advised that they had already made an adjustment on my account and will not be making any additional adjustments even though I had completed multiple milestones. She stated “that said, there are plenty of other games in your catalog where you can keep earning”. Be wary of this app. You can spend days on attempting to achieve a level to then not get the points awarded even though your offers have not expired. I will no longer be using this app. There are plenty other apps similar to this one without the issues.

Can you help me find where all of the photographs of my receipts have gone? They have all disappeared. I can only find a written list of the items I am looking for the actual photograph of the receipt.

I’m disappointed because it no longer supports my iPhone 12 mini. It supports iphone 16 and up now. I not able to purchase any products through the app. But prior to this update that occurred several months back, I loved the app. 😔

Loved the app in the beginning. I have no problem sharing my spending habits, but I have a pretty boring life. I use to rave to everyone I knew and got tons of people connected to it. My problem is with the games. Fetch only tracks like 1 out of every 4 downloads. Many times I’ll download a game and get the error message that it is no longer available for rewards. How does that happen in a 10 minute window? My last straw was when fetch tracked my game WRONG and then stopped tracking it. I had made to a bonus level in the required time period and was award the over 20,000 points I should have because of my past rewards. They even hard the nerve to call me ‘persistent’ when I wouldn’t take the first no without additional questions. Luckily, I have downloaded copper now.

I don’t like the app because it just bad there is more app better then this it’s so slow I scan more them 500 respite and get very little rewards

This app is awesome and I’ve cashed out $10 several times and $50 at least 3 times

This app is amazing and has good deals on items your already buying, which if you spend enough or buy the items that give you a lot of points, you get way more points. Amazing app, would recommend!

Tried it out because I had heard good things about it. I don’t play games on my phone so I wasn’t interested in that portion. Seemed easy enough to use. Just not interested. Trying to delete my account is where the frustration came in. Made the request, all done through email. Got an email that said my account was deactivated not deleted. If I wanted to delete it, I would have to go back and fill out the same form I already filled out to request deletion. And from the looks of it, my account is working just fine…. Not even deactivated. I wouldn’t recommend it.
