This app seems like it could be very helpful but glitches a lot. I have never been able to pay for services (grooming) ahead of time which would be very helpful.

So I’m giving the a 3 for the over all experience. When I arrived for my 8am appointment. I was greeted with 4 other dog parents waiting to get checked in Pooh was there grooming another dog. She never said my apologies that you have to wait as O am working on another dog. No customer interaction at all. When other staff arrived she with a stern, frustrated tone that she needed help. She was the only there. Other team members jumped on to help. When it was Titans turn (He’s an 8’month old Havapoo) I really thought the nice lady who welcomed Us would be his groomer. No it was Pooh, the staff member with an attitude. The one who charged me an additional 10.00 because she left a message saying Titan was ready And that she added an additional $10.00 because he was biting and being aggressive. WHAT!!! When I reached the counter, the lady who checked us in was attempting to check us out. I asked who is groomer was and if so could speak with them. Pooh came out with an attitude. You wanted to talk to me. Yes, you said he was being aggressive and biting. Not: Titan is an 8 mo old Havapoo that is 8.5!lbs and this is his 2nd full groom. He had been to that store location before for a bath and she said he did well. He’s nosey. When I asked she said that he kept biting her during the groom. She was able to complete his groom. Her attitude was horrible during our conversation so bad that I asked to speak to a supervisor. While waiting Pooh in a nice nasty tone asked how I was paying. If I was paying with cash or card. If I wanted cash back, I’d have to go to another way of registers. Spoke with manager and she was understanding and offered that I bring Titan back to be with her. I explained that if her attitude was with her as she was working with Titan that was not fair. When Jada another groomer brought Titan out he jumped in my arms and was sticking closer to me than normal. On the ride home he whimpered most of the ride home. Normally energetic he went to his bed and slept most of the day. A manager did speak with me and said he would look into it and follow up. I have not received any additional follow up. What I will say if that the after that I am unsure if I will return. I has specifically asked that his tail be shaved. It was not. I will more than likely take him to a private groomer.

This app has been ruined. It used to work. Now it’s practically useless.

I use the app to book my dog’s grooming appointments and to pay for grooming services before I pick my dog up for a quicker process. I’ve been having trouble for months with paying. It won’t let me add a new card & I receive an error message when I try to pay with an existing card.

Always have a difficult time using Afterpay through the app to pay grooming invoices. This should be fixed ASAP

The app would be great if it weren’t constantly being updated. I just want to order cat food on my phone once per month, and I have to wait for your shoddy programming to get updated? I’m at the point where I’d rather just use the built in web browser on the phone.

None of the fixes are making this site work better, it is worse, I can’t even check out. So frustrated with this site. Copy Chewy’s site, so much better.

Critical use case. Payments does not go through for grooming services.

I really want to like the app. I can use it to schedule grooming appointments and do the pre-check-in. I can search to see if stuff is in stock. I can never pay. Won’t let me save new cards. Won’t let me add new cards.

They deleted my review. But everything the other bad reviews say is true. "Invalid address" issues, can't place my order, or only some items in my cart go through. Can't see product reviews. Couldn't log in initially so I made another account. This app is utterly useless.

Literally the worst app when it comes to not accepting payments. The app gives me the option to pay for my grooming appointment via the app, but will not accept any credit card I use.

So glad the cashier finally convinced me to download the app. I go into it before each time I shop and it really does save me so much money. Wish every loyalty program had such high returns.
