This is the worst app I have ever used. I hear wonderful things about chewy. It has been so slow to navigate. It’s causing my phone to over heat. I keep trying to add the vet information and it just spins. I try again and get through half the items and then it stops working. You have to add the vet for each item too. I don’t understand why I can’t just add one vet per pet. This is ridiculous
I can’t find my favorites for anything. Menus and navigation make no sense. I can’t stand being in the app for longer than 30 seconds because it’s so frustrating trying to find things or figure out where things are or where to even go look for them.
I’ve had a great experience with Chewy! Both the app and the customer experience. I had to deal with an agent from Chewy at one point. It was just awesome to speak to a real person who was nice and friendly and solved my issue quickly. On top of that, I’ve always found the app easy to navigate.

Latest update will not allow me to open the app and sign in regardless of deleting app & reinstalling, WiFi or cellular, or search engine.
The name of the app was my childhood dog's name, so they hold a special place in my heart. They are the best, saving me time each month when I order food for my cats! Fantastic customer service with super fast shipping. I've even seen them send cards to people who have lost their pets online. Grateful for Chewy!!
I bought a Flee collar for my cat a couple months back and now he’s itching like crazy. I thought it was supposed to last eight months
Can't check out if I'm on a VPN. Too many clicks to find the tracking number. Improper use of notifications to advertise. Autoplay video ads.
I love Chewy, but the fact that I have to log back into the app every time I go to use it just makes it inconvenient. It’s easier at that point to use my web browser to access the site, because it seems to “remember” me more reliably than the app does. Would love to use a dedicated app for my Chewy orders, but probably won’t unless they fix this!
The idea is perfect but execution isn’t there. I searched 3 of the title words and filtered and still like the umteeth result The search is unfortunate and inaccurate
