Love it! And by “love”, I mean LOVE IT!!
Why does the app on my phone not look or act like shown or described on the App Store?
Absolutely horrible fictionality. Unless you have absolutely perfect service, expect to wait 15+ minutes or walk until you have service to lock or unlock your vehicle. My wife’s Yukon works fine though! 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

The app is ok, sometime tough to find things, pls fix the recent service, constant error when trying to add new service record
Does not show where car is actively moving
I like the app but limited. Maintenance information is limited to saying maintenance was performed. Why do we have to go to Carmax to get full maintenance reports for services provided at a dealer?

Lock/unlock/start do not work, the circle spins continuously. It says that my vehicle is still at a location where I was this morning. I have the latest version of the app, I deleted it and reinstalled it. Worked through the very limited troubleshooting with the chat bot on the app. Called customer service, I even got a human but he transferred me to someone else who, after a lengthy hold (over 15 minutes) never picked up. These functions worked when I first got my Bronco but somewhere along the way they stopped.
App not allowing me to update settings for the car. Can’t change charge percentage I want and not allowing changes to schedule charge times. I updated the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled that didn’t work. Next option is calling Ford about this.
