Gave me a different ticket last second that was a huge downgrade from the one I purchased. I never would have spent the money if I knew how much worse this seat was. Called to file a claim and they ended the conversation on me once and the second time said they closed the case and there was nothing they could do, which broke their 100% Buyer Guarantee. Never using this platform again. Stay away.

Best app to purchase tickets to any show by far!

Bought ticket for concert a week before, had the cheapest prices of any platform, what I didn’t know is that vivid acts like a middle man between individual buyers and sellers, they don’t actually hold the tickets. I didn’t receive the ticket for 3 days, so I tried to contact support, which was a battle of its own to find their support information, chatted with an ai bot for 20 mins before it finally connected me to an agent, the agent said they couldn’t do anything unless it was the day of the event… Okay… After 3 days a random person finally sent the tickets to my DICE app which coincidentally I had, what if I didn’t have a DICE account…? Okay… Then something came up and I couldn’t make the event. So I needed to sell my ticket, after digging through their buggy online website (you can’t sell tickets on the vivid app) I was finally able to list my ticket, unfortunately the prices for the event had plummeted in 3 days so I lost around $60, but i’m not blaming vivid entirely got that. My ticket sold after a day or 2, but the website and vivid emails kept telling me to ship my ticket in the mail to the buyer?? How did it not know that my ticket was digital because I BOUGHT IT ON VIVID THE WEEK BEFORE? Anyways so after another battle with ai chat bot support I was able to find the buyers phone number, and vivid specifically instructed me to transfer my ticket on the DICE app to the buyers phone number, and then send the transfer confirmation email from DICE to vivid so they can confirm the sale and pay me out. Well I don’t think DICE likes these kinds of third party companies using them for transactions so they structured their transfer process to only allow you to send tickets to a contact on your phone, you can’t just paste a phone number. So I added the buyers name and phone number to my phone and sent them the ticket. Well of course the DICE transfer confirmation email only has the buyers name and didn’t list their phone number, so now i’m stuck in limbo not sure if i’ll ever get paid for these tickets because vivid can’t confirm that I transferred them because DICE’s transfer email doesn’t have the buyers phone number on it! Long story short, if you are 100% sure you can attend an event, i’m sure it’s fine and it’s one of the cheaper platforms, but if you want any peace of mind about being able to sell or refund your ticket after purchase, it is NOT worth the headache for navigate their janky system which ultimately is just middle man for DICE transfers.

Bad transfer logistics, TERRIBLE prices, incredibly misleading SEO and ad links, annoying interface. Adds absolutely zero value—you still need to use the original platform to manage your purchased tickets, and there is essentially zero record of the extortionate price you paid to Vivid. Please go away Vivid!

100% scam! there is no recourse if the seller won't forward you the ticket and vivid doesn't care b/c they got their money already and fill keto a portion of it even if they have to refund you yours. and you don't gets refund x they'll give you a credit, which you have to spend on site! total f'n scam!! the customer service is garbage DO NOT USE!!!

I would not recommend vivid seats. The anxiety is not worth the “20% discount” to wait until the night before the event to get your tickets. Never again will I use vivid seats. I’ve never felt more sketched out about a ticket purchase. Fingers crossed these tickets are even legit.
