KLOOK makes picking tours so easy! I feel like you could do minimal research for a destination you want to visit and once you arrive just open KLOOK and start booking tours. I LOVE IT !!!

It allowed me to choose what I wanted in a simple and easy selection process.

Make sure you download the app and use that to purchase eSIM. If you use their website it’s impossible to transfer it to your app to actually use it. Support is worthless.

Klook offered up great ideas for excursions for my Japan trip. However-they sold me bullet train ticket at 7pm at night for a 9am train that same day that and i needed a 9pm train-why would you sell a ticket for a train for a time slot that already passed. I asked for a refund because I had to buy 5 more tickets for the right time for same amount and they refused to offer me a refund :(.

Klook makes it super easy to book and use the app! From easy to access vouchers and all the details in 1 place.

Avoid at all costs. Customer service is non-existent. So when they fail to deliver your voucher or other product, they keep you cash and you’re S.O.L.

Terrible app with zero customer support the chat does not work and the email gets no response. There’s no benefit using the app because the companies are not able to to offer support for anything purchased through this app

I used this app throughout Japan for booking train tickets, excursions and museums! Great app!

Tried to use klook to purchase tickets for a train in Japan since I wasn’t at that station yet and wanted to make sure I got them in case the ticket area was swamped. Despite an hour and a half between purchase and when the train was supposed to depart, I’m sitting here 15 mins after it’s left and the app still says the tickets are processing and will be issued soon. And won’t let me cancel or refund. Now I’m going to have to fight with klook for them to refund a couple hundred dollars. Absolutely Trash-tier experience.

I purchased two tickets to Gardens By The Bay with instant confirmation only for tickets never to come through. Because it was day of, the app would not let me cancel. The chat bot was of no use, every time I asked to call an agent the app indicates that service was unavailable. Basically stole $100 from me.

Speaking from my 20+ bookings with Klook. Klook is ok when things go smoothly i.e. when buy something and you get the service like eSIM or ticket immediately. But a lot of what I’m paying Klook for is peace of mind when traveling to places I’m not familiar with. I would say some bookings have been more reliable than others so I’m not sure how deeply Klook checks out or works with their providers. More importantly, when things don’t go smoothly, you’re looking to Klook for support. And there is no such thing. There’s a virtual agent with canned customer service responses. When selecting customer service options, half of them return an error message “this dialogue has closed”. So BUYER BEWARE: no recourse, if it doesn’t go as expected. Also I noticed that Klook always charges you in dollars (for U.S. folks) rather than the local currency and it might be more favorable if you booked directly in the local currency.
