Place an order for NBA Championship gear. They updated my address to an address that doesn’t exist and then refused to updated after calling them. Stating that when it shipped I could update to pick up, they didn’t ship my 2 days delivery package until 5 days after which is 3 days after they said it would arrive and then when I went to set as pick up, they made it so the package can’t be change to pick up by me, only the Foot Locker can change. Complete waste of time and money but your gear from another company that actually will make sure you get your package.

Anytime I go into the app I am wanting to buy some shoes. So I go into the women’s section to go buy some but as soon as it says loading immediately it pops up something went wrong with a pixel shoe and I don’t know what to do to get rid of it.

Tries to force you to receive notifications before the app fully opens after you have downloaded it. It doesn’t give you the option to refuse notifications.

i deleted and added the app back. it still says technical difficulties.

The store locator never works when selecting a store for shoe drops. I have a footlocker right across the street but it somehow can never find one close by?

For some strange reason, even with the appropriate settings and persistent notifications enabled, I never get notified for the releases I take part in and always miss them. This has become a waste of FLX points and tbh, it’s starting to feel malicious.
