HealtheLife helps individuals and families to stay informed, stay educated, and take a more active role in their health. Through the HealtheLife mobile app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organization's online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand, and engage in your care. Once your health care organization grants you access to their online portal and creates an account for you, simply sign into the HealtheLife mobile app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to multiple organizations' portals, you can view all participating portals through the app. Each participating organization's portal is unique, but most portals allow you to connect with your care team using the following methods: • Securely messaging your provider • Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments • Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications, and other health documents If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the App Store cannot be addressed.

Need to fix app. Very slow when opening the app.
I’ve downloaded this app, followed all instructions to a T. After at least a dozen unsuccessful attempts to sign in to my new account I giving up. This app is absolutely worthless.
This app sucks. Doesn’t work had the time every time I use it it won’t open unless I delete it and then redownload it. This is a major failure as an app. Since it’s medical can we say class action suits?
This medical app is terrible! Still uses passwords, no MFA, full of glitches, slow, I'm scared to know that my medical data is stored in it. If they are breached I will sue.
It’s a joke. Either never loads, takes forever for everything or just always forgets the settings.
Do not give info on interpretation of results eg, range. Compare w Quest Diagnostic.
This app is useless all the others are easy not this one
This app is absolutely ridiculous! Do you know who uses this app?! SICK PEOPLE! Do you think thats ok?! It is NOT! I’m going to specifically complain about Penn Highlands Dubois , Pa, who spends money on everything that doesn’t make the lives of their patients better! What era do you think we are in!?! I have a right to my medical information as soon as it’s available ! This health care system is a joke ! You could have used a better patient portal! Years ago it was half decent , then you changed it with minimal info. Now you changed it again & now I have no access to MY information ! No wonder everyone’s traveling to places like Cleveland clinic or Pittsburgh to get help. Sick people having to travel so far to get help! & you can’t even give us a decent app! It shows how greedy & how you really don’t give a care about any of your patients ! I could go on & on about how you ruin lives !
The app returns ‘incorrect username’ when Face ID is used to log in. Tech support says there’s nothing they can do on their end. App often stalls when trying to open. Absolutely a trash app forced on patients by administrators to don’t care about user experience. If users had a voice in this app, the company would be bankrupt. Total trash of an app.
This app is terrible. When it opens, it opens that you have to search doctors places, etc.. It does not open so that you can review information you can’t get rid of the search bar to look for doctors and places, etc… there’s no home to toggle so that you can search for test results next appointments send messages nothing like that. I’ll find this app to be completely useless frankly..
