This was my first time using Dice. I was confused on several functional issues. I panicked and ask a bunch of questions and they came asked me and guided me through it all. I just want help to get off the waitlist and into the Tracy and Ben show. I’ve saved up to make this show from America.
It’s nice to not get up charged. Love the company. Love the artists who utilizes these.
A friend of mine couldn’t make it to the concert. And we are unable to get a refund, resell the ticket, or transfer the ticket to the waitlist due to the way the company has it set up. The fact that I can’t even transfer the ticket to someone on the waitlist is ridiculous.

It’s so annoying that they force you to download the app to get the ticket/QR and they won’t make it available on web
Even airplanes dont require u to download an app for tickets. More expensive than most ticketing apps. 0/10
I had purchased tickets for a show that would eventually be rained out. They let people into the venue, scanned tickets, and then kept delaying the start of the show until they cancelled it. The venue won't respond to emails. DICE sides with the venue despite me providing DMs from the artists confirming the show did not happen. DICE refuses to refund my money.
They’re very quick to respond and always help out. Will use this app from now on
I recently started using this app for concerts. It’s very easy to use, provides good information about upcoming events, etc. Recently, I had a question about possibly getting a credit for a ticket because a person I was going with had a change of plans. I sent an email. Customer service responded very quickly with the procedure and how things would work if and when the concert sold out for listing of my ticket for possible resale. I was very pleased with their quick and detailed response.
Terrible customer service notified that I would have to buy another wrist band after a invalid address when it is valid
Glad my local clubs use this instead of Ticketmaster or live nation
