Chillio Cleaning App

I paid for the Chillio app for a 1 time lifetime subscription. I wasn’t aware that it would charge me $38.99 every month. I thought it meant I paid 1 time for the use of the service for my lifetime. Chillio has charged me $39.99 every month docs. I want my money refused & no more charges. This app isn’t worth 39.99 every month.

Zero stars. Don’t subscribe. Advertised as Christian-based, ADHD cleaning app on Instagram. It is NOT. It’s not even good as a basic app. They will not answer the texts asking to cancel the subscription except to state that they “are in it” and will get back to me. It’s been a couple of months and they have not. Luckily my bank has recognized it as a scammy looking charge and refused it. Not sure if they will continue to try to charge me. Avoid.

Will charge you 40 dollars and when you go to cancel, you have to contact them and they never email back

You PAY for them to tell you to fold your sheets!!!!!!!!! Don’t do it, don’t do it, don’t do it!!!!!

The design is clean and visually appealing. The features are practical and actually useful in real life. I especially love the reminder functionality.

I downloaded the app 2 minutes ago, opened it, and it said that I was BEHIND ON 4 TASKS!! What?! So I deleted them to get a fresh start…only to find it they came right back. Nope, not for me. Also, if I tried to alter the task, it immediately tried to get me to buy the Pro version for $20+. NOPE. Nope, nope, nope!

Didn’t realize I was signing up for a subscription service until I was charged $39.99. Careful what you are signing up for.

Watch out!! I only clicked on the app to see what it offered and then the next thing I knew I was charged $19.99 then $34.99 and when I contacted them they said I pushed the button but I never downloaded the app until after I was charged. It is an awful app by the way. I was told to go to Apple for a refund but Apple has nothing to do with it. A month goes by and they try to charge me again for the one time charge. The whole app is a scam and I am warning you to avoid it.

Instead of spending hours thinking about what to clean, I just follow the app. The tracks and reminders make everything efficient. It helps me save time and energy.

The interface is very simple, yet the features are powerful. I can easily add cleaning tasks and organize them into tracks. The reminders keep me on schedule and make cleaning feel less stressful.
