Please allow users to eliminate neighborhoods they do not want to live in even if there are no matches in the area we desire. I want to eliminate Chicago but can’t.

I haven’t lived at these apartments but a friend did.
I can’t believe it can’t find anything for an income restriction around Morris County. It’s very upsetting on a fixed income and can’t afford to live or anywhere.
The app itself is good but there are so many scammers on the app and there is not a good way in the app to report them. You should be very careful not to send any money to anyone before seeing the apartment.
Can’t get any worse than an app that can’t even do anything useful. Over half the commutes are wrong so what’s the point in even having this app?
What’s the point in asking my preferences and my budget if everything I am shown is way over my budget!!! This app is terrible
When I choose the location to find apartments, can’t skip the neighborhood selection. Even when I select the neighborhoods I want to look at, it brings me back to the location selection city/state. Over and over again
super slow, buggy, what is the purpose of putting preferences and distance filters if it’s going to show things that aren’t in the criteria
I had got my first apartment with this app now I’m getting my second one no other app can compare to this one 🔥
This is not a credible apartment site whatsoever. I think anyone can just put up a fake account and put AI generated or stock photos of apartments that are too good to be true. Tried it myself and tried to contact a building for a tour, they responded by saying I had to FIRST send $1200 security deposit BEFORE touring the apartment. Does that make sense?? Don’t fall for these disgusting scams and don’t download this app. They do not vet or make sure legitimate apartments are being shown. Just go with StreetEasy if you’re looking in NYC.
I almost got scammed but luckily I got impatient on waiting for the landlord to schedule a visit and found the realtor for the property. It was a too good to be true case and they wanted a hold fee which was a months rent. Be careful because obviously these property apps don’t vet what people are advertising.
