Doesn’t keep track of your reservation and it’s not user friendly. I had to input my reservation so many times.

Worked great for me, primary user, but when my wife went to log in with our reservation number, it says no reservation found. So currently she can’t use it. Anyone know the work-around?

Don’t book a cruise until you read this! I booked a cruise months ago but didn’t realize that is was not a closed loop cruise. Today I went to cancel this cruise and was told that I would lose all of my deposit unless I booked another cruise which never in the past had happened. They never ever charged to cancel if you were outside of the 100 days and I was. Well I went looked at the cruises and called them back with the new cruise information and they then told me that there was $300 change fee! I told them keep my deposit that I was not going to book a new cruise. I then told them to cancel the other two cruises that I had booked in 2027 as well. What is going with this cruise line. If you are going to book a cruise with them MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GOING BECAUSE ANY DEPOSIT NO MATTER WHEN YOU CANCEL IS THERE MONEY! I will never cruise with them again!!!!

The app is AMAZING, but please change the logo back to blue!! Black is so ugly.

No in-app chat like other cruise lines. Nickel-and-dime you with everything and the “Free at Sea” is a joke with their WiFi stipulations — worst cruise experience yet. Families and groups beware without being able to efficiently communicate without getting gouged by extra charges.

Love the intimacy of the smaller ship …the food is excellent ….entertainment has phenomenal.

The cruise staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure your needs are met and that your experience meets and exceeds your expectations. The only complaint I have is the ship’s WiFi. I don’t know if it could be better, but for the price of streaming, it is very laggy. Other than that, would definitely sail with NCL again.

The security people were horrible. They were screaming at everyone and telling them to hurry when you couldn’t go anywhere

NCL has gutted this app. The free member-to-member chat that used to help families and travel groups stay connected onboard? Gone. It’s now locked behind the paid Wi-Fi package. That alone says everything about their priorities. They’ve also removed the onboard deck map, a genuinely useful feature for navigating the ship, along with a boatload of other functionality that used to make this app worth using. What’s left is barely functional. The itinerary screen is so buggy you often can’t even scroll down. Wi-Fi connection through the app doesn’t work properly either. It just redirects instead of actually connecting. This used to be a solid cruise companion app. Now it feels like a stripped-down shell designed to upsell you at every turn. Deeply disappointing, NCL.
