I use to like this app. Especially when I could play fun games and earn points doing it. I have now downloaded 3 games from the list as a new user made sure to allow tracking and everything for it not to track a single one. So that’s wasted points I won’t be getting Update: I’ve lowered my rating because I’ve had enough. I have downloaded 5 different games in a row and only the second one is being tracked. 1/5 isn’t good to me. I even did everything they mention to make sure it can be tracked. Obviously it’s not something with my phone since one of them is tracking. I’ll be giving this up for good
Try to log in one day and it says my account was deactivated and to contact support. I’m not wasting my time with that anymore. Interesting way to get out of paying people though, the survey have already gone down recently and made it obsolete anyways
I don’t wanna play games to get money but it won’t let me out of the game page, as soon as I open the app it keeps me on the game page and I want to do reviews and not play games but it won’t let me move till I play a game, I wish it would let me out of the page for games without me doing things with games. But the idea of this app is great especially for my age. I just wish it gave me and option to move out of the game page.
I like it when it works. The trivia game is fun. Usually the grocery receipts go okay. I like earning git cards with the app when it works. Usually they only pay from 20 cents to a dollar. Many times I get dropped from studies because I am not who they are looking for, which I get. It’s very frustrating when you do the whole survey and you get 1 cent or zero. It can happen a lot. Customer service has been very helpful for that. If it worked all the time it would be a great app
Used to be good app with accurate tracking and customer service. Most offers do not track anymore despite completing them as stated in the terms. The game app offers conveniently and suddenly stop tracking when a larger offer goal has been reached. Customer service is nonexistent now. No replies since submitting help tickets a month ago on multiple offers. Waste of time now.
I can’t get no more surveys and the app won’t show anymore of my points on the app after I do a survey.
I installed fames but don’t show in “my games”
This app won’t let me change my account information they created for me and now I can’t verify my identity or redeem my points..
They disabled my account after making over 100 dollars
I was plague Swagbucks in thoughts I would get a gift card through the mail so I could give them for Christmas but it was actually on my email. I can’t give that away for Christmas a waste of my time it took a lot of time to earn that gift card I’m deleting this app immediately.
