this app is so helpful with keeping all my meds organized! i'm so happy i found it

Once a med is entered and saved it is not possible to change the times of dose. The drop down edit menu does not have many options. Cataract surgery eye drop reminders are not recommended with this app. The three ocular drop meds are combined into one bottle now. It is not offered in the selections of eye drop drugs. The drops for each eye overlap as they start within two weeks of each other. I’m looking at other apps for this reason as I often need to change medications dose times based on life schedules

I wish I’d known before I committed to this app that it only stores the last 30 days of history. I’ve been using it to track symptoms and medications for our cat. We showed up at the vet yesterday and found that I couldn’t see the history since the last time we brought him in. There were also a few minor glitches that I was willing to overlook because it had the features I wanted but now seeing that I don’t have all the history I’ve been diligently tracking, I’m really frustrated. What’s the point in allowing me to track symptoms and notes for each dose if the history isn’t saved.

Medisafe has been a great medication tracker. The reminders are reliable, the interface is clean and intuitive, and setting up medications takes only a few minutes. It makes it easy to stay consistent with daily supplements and medications without feeling overwhelmed. A well-designed app that does exactly what it promises.

Please fix the bug/glitch. The medicine icon shows half of the pill. It’s like it’s cut off. Will update to 5 star when it’s fixed.

I have used the app for years and now it crashes all the time. It takes up to 30 attempts to open it. Contacted them and zero fixes but they told me they would fix it.

Soooo I’m terrible with medication. I hate taking it. I do everything I can to avoid it but I unfortunately was diagnosed with cancer and am now on estrogen blocking medication to prevent the cancer from growing if it is still in my body. I was terrible at taking it consistently and would forget all the time. Multiple days sometimes. Which is bad because then I’m risking cancer coming back but I just struggled so hard. Then I ended up getting on a medication for anxiety as well and knowing how bad I am with taking meds, I downloaded this app to help me. It has seriously changed my life and I love being able to hear the little pill notification sound it’s cute and I have it set to remind me multiple times. It is amazing!!! So if you’re terrible at taking medications, DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Message on watch says connection not reachable. Was working. Checked everything on watch and phone, updates, etc. It’s a must have for me.

This works fine for what functions it does offer. But I feel like a big thing that’s missing is the ability to set medications for certain hourly intervals. Like if I take Tylenol at 1, I should be able to automatically set the app to remind me to take it at 7/after 6 hours

Wonderful app. Does the reminders very well and it has been extremely helpful. I had to switch to a new device and lost my paid subscription. But it happens. Otherwise it is wonderful even for the Free version of the app.

Hi there! I have hemiplegic migraines, which are stroke mimicking migraines. I notice you do lots of informational articles on your app, I was just reading one on when someone should go to the ER for a migraine. I saw you mention stroke, but nothing about aura, only headache. I think it’s important to educate people on the very real,and less uncommon than you may think, stroke-like migraines. I’ve been told by my doctor that one-sided weakness that hits immediately may be a stroke, I think it would be also important to tell people about that. I understand that regular migraines are awful, but this is a very real differential diagnosis as well that’s just as awful and real. Thank you for reading this.

The app reminds you every 10 minutes to take a schedules dose. There is no way to change the time interval. So if are busy and can’t acknowledge the reminder, you could have a dozen or more reminders in less than an hour. It wastes battery life. Still not fixed.
