The myCigna app gives you a new and improved way to easily access your important health information. You must be a Cigna customer to use the secure myCigna mobile app. Features available are based on the coverage you have with Cigna. HealthKit is integrated into myCigna in order to serve the ability to customize your Find Care and Telehealth experience. This app is not easy to navigate. It is NEVER up to date with physicians that are in network. CANT find info you are looking for. NOT USER FRIENDLY
Good app and easy to use
Cigna
Cigna app is user friendly. I miss the nurses calling me to chat about healthcare and benefits provided.
It’s easy and consumer friendly
I am unable to review my dental ID card snd coverage details since 1/1/2026. Multiple cases opened with IT support and multiple releases have not fixed the issue!
User friendly & convenient!
Easy to navigate and very helpful for checking claims, benefits, and ID cards quickly.
It is good for basic searches. If you search for more complex keywords, the system is not easy to navigate and locate without going to several different things before you find, if you find, what you are searching for.
I love this app! I can use it anytime anywhere and get claims information, benefit information or anything that I'm looking for at the time. I can go in and check my out-of-pocket maximum and deductible amounts while I'm at the doctors office. That way I don't overpay anyone nor do I underpay. Everybody should use this app because it is really helpful and easy to manage!
