This app is so good like I can find all of my favourite products on here and I can know how much they cost to ship and to buy so it’s a really good app and sometimes my and my Mom has this app and it’s such a good app? Do you wanna know why? Because? you can find over your favourite product and if you don’t have enough money in cash to buy you can just bite it with your Apple Pay and that’s why this is my favourite app

The app is so slow, that even if I want to buy something I just pass on it. It’s slow, takes forever to load

You have 0 control of your information or what happens to your account. If you ever wish to delete your account for any reason, get ready for them to reject your request. I wouldn’t set up any type of rewards or shopping account with them ever after this experience. ULTA has been the only company to ever reject my request to delete my account. Their system not only won’t allow me to update my information (they keep a compromised email and phone number despite my attempts) but they won’t even allow you to delete your own account. Stating “We are unable to grant your request because your personal information is necessary for ULTA to….”

when it says free items are offered with purchases you never received any of the free items. They always seem to be out at the stores.

It won’t let me create an account it’s keeps saying invalid email or already registered

Your new return policy sucks and so does your new coupon structure. Everyone should get 20% off.

Love app, received used makeup. I don’t like having to go to the store and return and reorder hoping the next item hasn’t been opened. When the makeup hasn’t been opened it’s a great app and great way to shop!

Love this scent this is my second purchase.
