Decent stuff , I’ve gotten some stuff fast , other stuff still waiting. But so far I’m satisfied
Very good for shoe like the golden
It’s an amazing idea but the execution has lots of holes the ai bot system has taken over there customer service and I have had a lot of problems with being about to reach out which has made me loss money. Over all the people on the app are really nice and cool, the biggest take away as a seller is the horrible customer service it’s completely ai automated and if you reach out to them just normally my experience is they never get back. Love the app but not the troubles.

It’s a good app and you can make a good amt of money quick off old stuff and save space but also Depop takes a lot of money from sellers and buyers with extra taxes and fees so beware
As a seller at least; the customer service is truly terrible. It’s impossible to get a response and it’s usually AI. They approve returns and refunds all the time with seemingly no evidence and there is no support if items are lost or damaged in transit.
I don’t know how they do it. I am having lots of fun getting free shipping
Depop says at latest you will be paid 10 days after sale yet everyday since last week they have moved my payout to the next day. I have reached out 4 times to their support and haven’t gotten a response. All completed delivered sales with no issues and my identity and bank account have been verified. I’m out $450 and it’s so upsetting. I love depop and I’ve been selling so much on it but i just got scammed

Terrible seller protection. If a buyer returns an item and it gets lost, damaged, or comes back in worse condition, Depop still sides with the buyer. In my case, the returned item was sent to the wrong address, and I lost both my item and my money. Depop offered no real support. Sellers take all the risk. Very disappointing.
A response within 24 hours was promised to resolve an issue with a fraudulent refund to a buyer. I am now out of money and the item I sold. Extremely unprofessional behavior for a platform despite my tenure as a 5 star seller of 2+ years.
