Every little thing for peasely amounts of money. The app is a nightmare especially scanning the passport
Awful upselling. Easy to use app, but very bad with charges, fees, and repetitiveness.
Charged for bag and already paid. Difficult to scan passport. Horrible experience!
It was shameful the way you imposed on travelers in a very sneaky way to arrive to airport 3 hours earlier if they don’t download Ryanair application, it was very cheap minded behavior, and something out of morals, it was so cheap that we consumers discover this rude way after buying the tickets, download the application or we make passengers life hell, what a low level of morality, shame on you and your service
You may want to hire a solicitor to understand the rules and fees involved. Beware
Making it obligatory to download your sales channel to get a boarding pass that I already paid for should be illegal

You think you’re getting a cost-effective flight but by the time you pay for your baggage and seat assignment, they’ve got you. What happened to flying being a fun experience? What happened to good customer service? Today it’s all about making top profit at the customer’s expense.
I tried over 20 times to scan my passport and it won’t do it on an iPhone 15. How is this my problem and why are they going to charge me when their system doesn’t work??? SMH!!
