Nordstrom is truly the best for everything! And if you have a return, it couldn’t be any easier… no hassles and it’s taken care of immediately. It’s one of the reasons I choose to patronize Nordstrom exclusively. And Tashira in the returns department is fantastic! So genuinely sweet!

I have always been happy with how i am treated by Nordstrom. I find the employees kind and helpful when i shop in store. That also transfers to when i use the app. The app is easy to navigate and laid out in a really nice way. Better yet, i find Nordstroms policies to be incredibly fair and helpful! I mostly buy beauty products. Often, i need to return a product that may not have worked for me. Nordstrom’s makes it so easy to return items! Even if you return something, past 30 days after purchase, they will still give you store credit! Returning anything within 30 days, you can get your money back, but i so appreciate that i can still return products, even if or when it takes longer to realize they’re not working. In addition, shipping is always super fast! Typically, it takes less than two days to process my order, and, often, it then arrives between 3-5 days later. When i purchase from other stores, like Macy’s, it takes 3-5 days just to process my order, and then takes 5-7 days to arrive. Lastly, i find Nordstrom’s to be very generous with extra free gifts and great discounts! I often get a free gift with every purchase! I really appreciate that as it allows me to try other products. Overall, Nordstrom’s is by far my favorite store to purchase from. Their stores are clean and fun to browse through. Employees are kind and helpful, and the store policies are very fair. I highly recommend Nordstrom’s!

I don’t live in a city where they have Nordstrom’s or any other good stores I always buy online and I absolutely love the free shipping.

I’ve been a loyal Nordstrom customer since 1998. Over the years, I’ve shopped everywhere—Saks, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, and many others; the one thing that has remained consistently exceptional about Nordstrom is their genuine appreciation for the customer. They have built trust with their clientele by offering thoughtful styling, a true one-stop shop for every occasion, and personal stylists who are incredibly helpful, approachable, and never judgmental. Their customer service is premium in every sense of the word. The warmth, patience, and professionalism at Nordstrom is unparalleled. I honestly have not found at any other department store in the United States.
