Always easier ordering!

My boyfriend went on the app last night to order me a few new things, he put in his payment info and it went through, then a pop up ad for a $25 rebate popped up so he clicked it and without even giving them his card info or anything he was charged $25. I’ve had the same thing happen to me in the past too but luckily my bank didn’t let the transaction go through because it seemed suspicious. I’ve seen this on multiple other clothing sites to me and it’s baffling that these huge multi billion dollar companies are supporting these obvious scams. Truly thinking about just deleting the app and finding a new place to shop. This needs fixed.

wish list for this app: more feature filters to sort by (used to have more); connect all colors of an item (some appear/disappear randomly); tell me why the purchase button is grayed out, don’t make me keep guessing what’s wrong. gratitude for a big recent upgrade: being able to click on items in previous orders to shop them again.

Design didn’t show where its shipping to in order to prioritize one click Apple Pay. Then it’s shipped to the wrong address. Half hour wait for customer service on the phone, while waiting for that 10 minutes to wait for live agent chat. Customer service super nice but policy is to wait 72 hours after delivery to correct this. So I can’t fix this until tomorrow. Just not the shopping experience I want.

Using gift cards can be frustrating when seeking help. You should keep all relevant info, even if the gift card is linked to your account and shows totals and returns, but you still need the actual card details. When asked about price matching a sale from yesterday, she explained that without an order number, they can't match the price due to app issues. I asked if I could email my bank hold as proof, but she said that's not possible. The only option is to send a screenshot to AE, who will review it when their team checks the email. I questioned how this benefits the customer. When I requested to speak to her supervisor, she put me on hold again, saying I would be at the bottom of the queue. This experience makes me less inclined to continue shopping here, as most stores would price match, but not this one.
