Don’t understand if I earn Lowe’s cash why it ever expires?
Every one is super helpful and it’s the better structured Lowe’s in Wilmington
When initially creating an account, app requests a video selfie which didn’t work. Also requires pictures of front & back of Drivers License which didn’t work. Frustrating as I am trying to pay account.
Gregory was horrible. Cannot figure out the technology to use a QR code. I ended up paying twice for the same purchase. Also, the Wi-Fi is horrible. It wouldn’t connect to show my member ID for five minutes
Gina was amazing!! She was very professional and I appreciate the way she was very understanding
This place is incredible. The customer service is off the wall when I spoke to the employees they also spoke about how great their manager is well done
There doesn’t appear to be a way to turn off spam notifications. Instant one star as I have to disable all notifications.
Terrible cell signal in store, website and app are very slow and buggy, took forever for email account verification when i was trying to check out
This man bent over backwards to help me.
Can’t use the app without it crashing when pulling up products. I have to use my browser to shop at Lowe’s.
