Adding or taking a payment off isn't that easy
Some items don’t deliver to my address
I assume it is due to the most recent update, but the app is now entirely unusable!
I ordered coconut water. Easy check out, billed to the credit card on file, and will be delivered in 3 days. Save me a trip to Sam’s!!
So easy to shop at the store with scan and go! Love the online shopping too. Especially the reordering section, so perfect for me and my family

Always always I enjoy shopping at Sam’s Club. I was just there today. I enjoy shopping at Sam’s Club. I love it. Can’t beat Sam’s Club’s prices and very helpful employees They always help me put stuff in my car and put it in my coat and also online shopping is easy with Sam’s Club
As much as I pay for a membership, there shouldn’t be a fee for shipping. That’s just wrong.
App is not working I cannot access scan and go, membership card or use fuel scan
First, when someone is using EBT it should be available for items that need to be shipped items that can be delivered and items that can be picked up. Some people may not have transportation to go pick up an item from the store, which is why there’s shipping and delivery that’s crazy that if a person was really in need they couldn’t use their EBT card to get what they need most people that have EBT have children meaning we can’t pack all the kids up in the car and go to the store and do the pick up because we need the room for the car seats.
Delivery fee is too expensive for members
It sucks that the cakes need to be ordered so far in advance and that also there is a very small window to pickup. Too strict!
