As you type your notes, it writes the time in the meeting where things were said. So if you actually miss something in the meeting, or didn’t understand something, you can go back and listen to it again. And later, if you’re looking for something specific and want to hear it again, you just look at your notes to find where it is in the recording. So great!!!
The app is very good in many ways such as sound quality, ability to record clearly while inside a pocket or purse, ease of starting and ending recordings, ability to record in background while actively using other apps, but there is no menu and just a single button that goes to a couple of recording settings. There is no "home" page in the app, so once the settings button is pressed there is no way back to the list of recordings which is the only place the record new file button in found. One must constantly quit the app and reopen just to return to the list of auto-saved recordings which is the only place where the button to record is found. It's kind of odd to have to go look at the list of recessing just to press the button for a new recording. It is not intuitive to get around in the app and the need to quit and reopen the app just to be able to start a new recording is cumbersome.
Is it a way to undelete a note? Or is it possible to retrieve a note from the cloud if it’s stored there?
I like this app, I use in my office all the time
I use this app every single day, could not do without it.
This app will not allow me to look at past notes or even create new ones. When I hit the pencil icon it will shut the app down. When I try to access past notes I tap on screen and nothing opens it stays on the same screen
You need to be able to record multiple pieces of audio and place then next to text….. or type text and be able to record audio that goes with the text and play it back when you press the text selected… having one long recording does not help when you’re trying to use the app for learning a different language and you need to press the words and hear how something is pronounced.
At first it was dope i use it for taking notes at church but then after writing notes i go back to them and they are missing it is a blank paper but if you touch the paper it shows the word very unsatisfactory as my notes are priceless
Would prefer to see a lighter and more transparent shade at the top of the iPad screen so that the date,time, etc, is readable . Keep up the good work. Chuck R
Good app except for one glaring problem.... dealbreaker - when you switch apps that use your microphone, which every mobile user does, like a phone call or camera video, even if you’re not taking a video, but camera app when changing photo type (pano, square, video, still) checks for mic availability, it STOPS AUDIONOTE RECORDING AND DOESNT AUTOMATICALLY RESUME! I lost two hours of an important meeting and when I came back to audionote it reset the file from 0:00, didnt even save to the point of interruption Otherwise a good app but you MUST FIX THIS or I wont ever use it again and risk losing recordings. Interruption happen in mobile apps. Just resume recording automatically!
