The Filet Mignon dry cat food is the only thing my two babies will eat ! They don’t even want any canned food which surprised me.

I use this to scan my receipts to earn pet rewards. Have never had an issue and fairly easy to build up rewards.

I love the interactive web site and points program.

We have been feeding our animals purina for years, recently had a vet suggest hills science diet, had the cats on it for 6 months- the last bag we got made every cat in the house sick. $500.00 vet bill till we figured out it was the food, no need to say we are back with Purina for all the animals and will not switch again! Thank you Purina 😊

I had previously received discount coupons and coupons for free treats without issue. However, the last time that I redeemed points for what was supposed to be a $10 off coupon, I received an oddly worded coupon that says it’s for a FREE 5 lb or larger bag of dry dog food, up to $10. Well, there is no such thing as a 5 lb bag of Purina dry dog food that costs ten dollars or less. It wouldn’t scan at the register and the cashier understandably wouldn’t override it because, by the letter of the coupon itself, it didn’t apply to the purchase that I was making. When I contacted myPurina customer service to request the correct coupon (which I have received in the past and simply says SAVE $10) they tried to tell me that it actually is a coupon for a $10 discount, despite what it says. When I reiterated that the coupon was not accepted, their response was that it’s the store’s prerogative to accept or decline coupons and that I needed to go to a different store. Also, when I check the rewards in the app, this coupon is not among them. There is the same coupon for dry CAT food though. My suspicion is that the coupon was a mistake but they’re unwilling to acknowledge that and too cheap to replace it because they make their coupons unnecessarily fancy (they’re on cardstock and have a shiny, holographic foil strip- truly eye roll worthy). Give it a year and I guarantee that they won’t be so fancy- if they’re even still supporting the app by then. I got unbelievably poor customer service and just the same, generic blurbs repeated, again and again. No attempt at resolving the issue, just patronizing dismissals of it. I should never have downloaded and used the app. The rewards coupons are polished turds, lackluster to useless, and the app probably only exists so that they can collect and sell your data.

You received so much fun free stuff for just doing what you always do buying cat food. You gotta get on this app. It’s great.

Great deals & useful information

I hadn’t received my free cat food nor my sticker so I reached out to their customer service and they immediately got back to me and said they would fix it . Hopefully my stuff arrives but it makes me happy that they would try and fix the problem

This app would be great if they work out all the glitches. One day you might have 6000 points and the next day they are gone and you are back at zero. Frustrating to have to contact customer service all the time. There will be difficulty selecting promos. They always seem to throw up an error. When it works it’s great. They could use some more things to purchase with your points; digital rewards would be great!
