Use PS Remote Play to access your PS5™ or PS4™ wherever you go. With PS Remote Play, you can: • Display the PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4 screen on your mobile device. • Use the on-screen controller on your mobile device to control your PS5 or PS4. • Connect your DUALSHOCK®4 wireless controller. • Connect your DualSense™ wireless controller. • Connect your DualSense Edge™ wireless controller to mobile devices with iOS 16.4/iPadOS 16.4 or later installed. • Connect your Backbone One PlayStation® Edition to your iPhone. • Join voice chats using the mic on your mobile device. • Enter text on your PS5 or PS4 using the keyboard on your mobile device. To use this app, you need the following: • A mobile device with iOS 15/iPadOS 15 or later installed • A PS5 or PS4 console with the latest system software version • An account for PlayStation Network • A fast and stable internet connection When using mobile data: • Depending on your carrier and network conditions, you may not be able to use Remote Play. • Remote Play uses a lot more data than most video streaming services. Data charges may apply. Note: • This app may not be compatible with some games. • You need to grant this app access to connect to devices on your local network. If you haven't already, you can do this from the Settings menu on your iOS or iPadOS device. • Your controller may vibrate differently than when playing on your PS5 or PS4 console.

I can connect my iPad with my PS4 pro. However, then my controller shuts off. I press the PS button to turn it back on, and it crashes and says it can’t connect. It didn’t work for about 20 seconds, but then the PS controller magically turned off again. Do I need to disconnect the controller for my PlayStation for and set it up with my iPad?
I used to use this all the time to play my PS5 on my iPad but since the update it won't connect. Keeps giving me error 80001pfff. I tried PS5 wired and Wi-Fi. Disconnected my Bluetooth controller from my iPad. Maybe Sony broke it to sell more PS Portal? 🤑
It doesn’t Connect to any ps5 that i own or visiting at my family members house
Idk what happened but it keeps disconnecting saying connection lost but my internet is fine. Please fix! It was working fine for months
Legit used the right password and log in etc, it said it was wrong. Def was right. Wasnt home and gave the info to my buddy, had him go to my house. He logged in fine. Logged into ps app fine. Remote app is geeked. Fix ya shih
Can’t connect to ps5
I can now play my ps4 from any where I used to get so bored nothing able to play Spider-Man now I can!
So I buy robux with MY master card then next thing you know you get suspended for buying robux! It told me i scamed but it came completely out of nowhere it says it was someone else’s but I generally remember putting my master card in with MY MONEY! Now I have to start over my trophies, platinum, friends, I could go on! L app!
It kicks me out of the remote randomly for reasons that never were a problem before. For example my controller had died and instead of just showing the message on screen it lost connection which has never happened before when my controller died.
Can’t even connect to ps5 yes I have the remote connect on and im on the same internet I don’t have it block in the parent control lock this app so buns
Great when it works but often it won’t connect to console. Sometimes I can play on phone and try on the iPad ten minutes later and it can’t find the console. Or I played at work during break and try to play later in the house in front of the console while my wife watches a show on tv and it can’t find the console ten feet in front of me.
