I’m new to this, but I’m doing great. I actually really love this app. If you use it. It’s great!! It makes Invisalign much easier. Thank You for everything and I also like how easy and convenient it is to order what you need to clean your Invisalign properly.😃👍
It no longer allows me to modify how many days that I wear my aligners. This has been getting really confusing and I've had to start manually tracking this because I can't change my schedule.
This app is slightly annoying. It has constant updates and it doesn’t send the reminder notification to switch your tray if the app isn’t updated. I have unknowingly missed the time to switch trays because I didn’t know the app needed to be updated…I recommend writing your dates you changed trays and keeping track of it yourself in your notes app, on paper, or a note for yourself on the reminders app
My reminders use to work and now it doesn’t remind me to change my Invisalgn anymore. Don’t rely on it to remind you. I missed yesterdays 🫠
Log me out for no reason and can’t even log in back. Always the server error.

App seemingly requires re-logging in for every update. You receive no notice. If you’re relying on it for reminders to change trays, be prepared to miss a few days.
App provides a ticket input or email. Three emails, two tickets, and zero response on an order placed a month and a half ago that hasn’t arrived.
I had to adjust one week from 7 to 15 days. I put that on the wrong week and now it doesn’t open for me. It’s stuck on that one week
The ‘non-wear time today’ function is not very useful if you are forgetful or don’t have your phone on you at the time of removal. I had to download the app TrayMinder for that because I was constantly forgetting to input it at the exact moment and would remember like half an hour later or when I finally got to my phone. But every time I take them out I do note the time so I am able to go into the TrayMinder app and adjust my time. I don’t want to be glued to my phone, I’d rather note the time in my head and log it later.
Really bummed that I stop getting reminders if the app needs an update. I’ve fallen behind schedule several times because I didn’t realize the app needed an update and so it stopped telling me when to change trays. There gotta be a way to fix that.
