This app has always had loading issues. The new xfinity assistant doesn’t even respond. Terrible UX.
Excellent support outstanding communication
Xfinity services are playing out
Slowest internet speeds. They throttle speeds waaaay below advertised speeds and steal the bandwidth that you are paying for - shadiest company ever. Stay away!
Last 3 weeks since disconnect after 5 pm until the next morning
I’m paying a total of $140-$150 in Internet. I’ve called many times and asked why am I paying so much just for Internet seeing that my community provides and has a contract with Xfinity already the reps could never really give me a straightforward answer. They give me the ring around Rosie questions and answers on top of that Xfinity Internet would randomly just decide not to operate or work for one to sometime an entire week and there are some channels that just don’t work because of contract purposes there’s no accommodations for the inconvenience that they cause you but they want their money every month. Also if they do give you accommodation, it’ll be five dollars off your bill. If I was you, I would do a thorough research of other companies and see who gives you the best bang for your buck because Xfinity is terrible. And I would never recommend them.

There is no clear way to disable unwanted notifications. My only choice is to disable all within the system settings.
How do I stop these incessant notifications?!?! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!
