On multiple occasions and multiple times today I have tried booking grooming appointments through the app. The first time I attempted to book the appointment it wouldn’t move past the date selection part. After I closed the app out and made sure the app was up to date I tried again. This time the app isn’t showing any of my pets and every time I try to add them I’m told the pet already exist in the account. I still can’t book a grooming appointment for any of my dogs due to these issues.

I do not wish every individual item I purchased at a store to automatically be added to my cart for AutoShip. It’s a pain to remove each item individually and is a frustrating waste of your users’ time. Please stop with the user hostile design.

Thank you so much. My puppy is a pretty large St Bernard and washing her can be tough. But Randy was great and got a bath done in an hour. Thank you and Freya will definitely be back.

glitches all the time, regularly doesn’t show “my pet” for services, won’t let me add to a bulk package

It’s not working, my dog doesn’t show up to select for grooming and when I try to add new, it says that he is already registered. This is frustrating.

This app is constantly giving me issues and buffering. It literally ragebaits me, takes forever to load while trying to book an appointment or add stuff to cart, doesn’t load in general, the buttons won’t work when I press them half of the time, my pet didn’t even show up when I went to book her appointment so I tried to readd her and it said pet is already saved, had to delete the app and redownload. Other small glitches here and there constantly pissing me off. FIX THIS!!!

Cannot make appointment for dog grooming through the app. Freezes at “select time” and cannot proceed further

Excellent customer service from Petsmart store management at New Hyde Park and the company customer care team via telephone.

When I open the app and try to schedule grooming—-my pet is missing. When I “add” my pet, the app indicates my pet is already noted in the app. This is annoying. I’ve been a Petsmart member for years and have used the app. This is a new glitch. I have to log out and then log back in. Sometimes that reinstates my pet to make him eligible for selection when grooming. Please fix!!

Impossible to book grooming services with upgraded app. Wise up Petsmart!!!

This app seems like it could be very helpful but glitches a lot. I have never been able to pay for services (grooming) ahead of time which would be very helpful.

So I’m giving the a 3 for the over all experience. When I arrived for my 8am appointment. I was greeted with 4 other dog parents waiting to get checked in Pooh was there grooming another dog. She never said my apologies that you have to wait as O am working on another dog. No customer interaction at all. When other staff arrived she with a stern, frustrated tone that she needed help. She was the only there. Other team members jumped on to help. When it was Titans turn (He’s an 8’month old Havapoo) I really thought the nice lady who welcomed Us would be his groomer. No it was Pooh, the staff member with an attitude. The one who charged me an additional 10.00 because she left a message saying Titan was ready And that she added an additional $10.00 because he was biting and being aggressive. WHAT!!! When I reached the counter, the lady who checked us in was attempting to check us out. I asked who is groomer was and if so could speak with them. Pooh came out with an attitude. You wanted to talk to me. Yes, you said he was being aggressive and biting. Not: Titan is an 8 mo old Havapoo that is 8.5!lbs and this is his 2nd full groom. He had been to that store location before for a bath and she said he did well. He’s nosey. When I asked she said that he kept biting her during the groom. She was able to complete his groom. Her attitude was horrible during our conversation so bad that I asked to speak to a supervisor. While waiting Pooh in a nice nasty tone asked how I was paying. If I was paying with cash or card. If I wanted cash back, I’d have to go to another way of registers. Spoke with manager and she was understanding and offered that I bring Titan back to be with her. I explained that if her attitude was with her as she was working with Titan that was not fair. When Jada another groomer brought Titan out he jumped in my arms and was sticking closer to me than normal. On the ride home he whimpered most of the ride home. Normally energetic he went to his bed and slept most of the day. A manager did speak with me and said he would look into it and follow up. I have not received any additional follow up. What I will say if that the after that I am unsure if I will return. I has specifically asked that his tail be shaved. It was not. I will more than likely take him to a private groomer.
